If you’re trying to log in but can’t access your account, there are a few things that could cause this to happen. You might be entering the wrong password or you might be entering the wrong username, so this problem can be resolved through sending a new password by SMS or via email address.

If an account is locked out because of several incorrect logon attempts (The system can automatically lock users after 3 consecutive failed login attempts.) You can use this option to reset the password.

 

Reset password via Email

1- Click “Hesabıma Erişemiyorum” ( I cant access my account) below the sign in button at the bottom of the page , you can automatically send email or SMS new password

 

 

2- Select the email action. After you enter your email and the characters that appear in the image, make sure the email is defined for your account.

 

 

3- You will see a notification Action has been successfully performed .Go to your email inbox and find an email with the subject “Password Change İnstruction”.

 

4- Click set a new password, and you will be redirected to a page where you can enter a new password to create a new password and get back into your account.

 

 

 

5-“Your new password must be at least 6 characters, and include lowercase letter, uppercase letter, special character and a number” .If you can’t remember your username (Kullanıcı Adı), It is also possible to find it here.

 

 

Reset password by SMS

1- Click I don’t remember my password below the sign in button at the bottom of the page you can automatically send email or SMS new password

 

2- Select the Send SMS action then enter both your phone number and the characters that appear in the image.

 

   3- After Clicking on send, you will automatically receive the new password by SMS to your phone number

 

After your password reset is complete, you should now be able to log into the website www.dakika.com.tr successfully!
